For us (a pair of wannabe Manchester foodies, Matt & Laura) it all began in The Artisan in Manchester; wanting to try something different from your run of the mill restaurant, wanting to try a place that had a bit more to offer and bit more of an experience, we tried out The Artisan. After a night of great food, a buzzing atmosphere and cocktails, we were hooked. Two years later from this event and almost a year since our blog began, we’ve made it our mission to try as many bars, restaurants and all things food and drink related as we can and in turn have decided to share it with anybody in Manchester, or the North, who are looking for something more! Whether it’s a take on an old favourite or something totally alternative, we aim to try them all.
